Help me please, I want to set up email sending using Google but I can’t send it, is there any way to fix this?

A few things to check:

  1. Have you enabled SMTP access on your GMail account
  2. Have you setup an Application Password for Epicor (if you have 2 step verification on this account)
  3. Have you tried different ports (587 for TLS or 465 for SSL)
  4. Ensure the password setup in Epicor is the Application Password you generated
  5. Restart the task agent

Screenshot shows Gmail as the SMTP server…but the logon credentials aren’t pointing to a Gmail account.

Not necessarily. Gmail can host your own domain. But good catch maybe? :popcorn:

Yeah, I dug a little deeper, something about Google Workspace allowing Gmail under a regular domain name…and if that’s the case I’m SOL for further suggestions.

I was able to do this by generating a code from the Google App password and then entering the App password into the Epicor program.
