Your correct on the logic, I am working on the invoice part now. When I test it for a group, I can let you know.
It also lets you send the file to multiple e-mails and you can also attach other documents to the e-mail automatically. If you want to send out a special for the month flier, this can be attached to all SO that get e-mailed.

Advanced Print supposedly allows for printing a batch of invoices and attaches them to the appropriate e-mail addresses and sends them. Have you done that with the module and does it work cleanly as advertised?

If your on V8 I am surprised that Epicor hasn't tried to sell you the Advanced Print Module.
We got it and just installed it to send Sales Order Acknowledgments and the Packing Slip from the Advanced Ship Module as a .tiff file attachment to the customers e-mail info.
