E10. Access custom view through SOAP or Rest api

Just wondering if it is possible to create a custom read only view on the database and then access that through
the SOAP and Rest api?

I think I found the api call to execute BAQ for rest

…api/v1/BaqSvc/NAME

But cannot find it for SOAP

There does not seem to be a Baq.Svc

I also finally located the SOAP one after a little guess work …//ice/BO/DynamicQuery.svc
