E10: Adding Application Server and Firewall

Best practice is to leave the Windows Firewall service enabled, but open all incoming ports. During the creation of the ApplicationServer the process reaches out to the Firewall Service, if this service is stopped or disabled, it will throw and error.

Hello,

We typically disable the Windows Firewall on our servers.
When adding the application server for 700.2, it generated an error that is related to the firewall rules. Where the firewall is disabled, the rules could not get added.
Is there a way to skip the firewall rules step?
