E10 - Advanced Print (APM) - Dynamic Return Address Not Working

Thanks to all for the suggestions.  I will forward them to the tech support people that manage the servers and email.  We do have a “dummy user”  (<company>-Autosender) as the actual sender then wanted to have APM fill in something else in the “From:” field.  I suspect we would just have to address all the particular “froms” for rights to send.   There also is already a local SMTP server involved but I will have the techs check the SPF record as well.

We setup an email relay server using IIS. The sender sends with a dummy user we setup.

Give all the users using APM the rights to “Send as” for the dummy user.

Took us several months to figure this one out. As soon as we gave each user our dummy user rights it worked perfectly.
