Has anyone had an issue with E10 running on Windows 8.1 Pro. I have 3 AIO computers with Windows 8.1. every so often, E10 will go “Not responding” for about 5-15 seconds. Has anyone experienced this.
Thanks for the feedback!

I’m not aware of any unique to Windows 8.1 issues with Epicor 10.
My recommendation is to enable UI Tracing on the three machines and wait for one of these not responding events to review the UI trace to determine what the client was doing at the time of the event.
Important for the end users to note the approximate time of the event, and high-level what they were doing in the client when it occurred for troubleshooting.
The UI trace can be reviewed with a utility that is on the Epicor server called the Performance and Diagnostic Tool. But, as long as the UI trace is provided, the approximate time of the event, and the high-level bits regarding what the end user was doing at the time, Support can review the UI trace.
NOTE: This may lead to needing the server-trace (aka: appserver log) as well to determine what the server was doing at the time. Always a good idea to have server tracing enabled by selecting Application Server Settings by right-clicking on the application server name in the Epicor Administration Console.
