Also check to see if you are running it synchronously or asynchronously.  If it is asynchronously then you have to have your BPM action process running.  I would suggest setting it or keeping it at synchronously at least while building/testing.

So, I am trying to setup a BPM to fire an email. I am not using custom code but just the built-in “send email object.” It doesn’t fire though.

 

I assume there is some configuration required to get E10 to send out messages from the BPMs. Any doc on this or suggestions as to how it works?

Hi Tom,

 

Are you running the Action Process (under system Management / Business Process Management ) and is the SMTP server set up under Company Maintenance?
