I have one user on our core implementation team who gets an error message when starting E10 (Training DB).
“Access to path ‘Epicor.exe’ is denied.”
I’ve checked all the files and all the paths and he has access to everything. He did say that when he first tried to install the client, using instructions I had sent out, he got an error message. Near as I can tell the “first time” copy of all the ice and .dll files has never completed successfully. I deleted the contents of the client folder and re-tried the install and it still will not start up. Under the error message on the progress bar it says it is cleaning up the client when the error occurs.
Any ideas – or is there a way to completely uninstall and start from scratch?
