Something I use all the time, but haven't gotten that far in testing E10. Is replacing the given report with a BAQ option? Then they could right click and open with excel.
Anybody else have users that sorely miss the report output format of "Excel Data Only"? The .csv format is not a good substitute. Finance people in particular used it for cutting and pasting data.

There are plenty of ways to read a .CSV file making it a more versatile option. If you want there is a way in C# to do what you are wanting that will return Excel Data Only. Or here is a guide on how to open the .CSV and convert.
