When trying to print off reports in Sales Gross Margin I’m running into the error “The report selected does not have any data to download. //ogerpvm01/EpicorData/Reports/MikeY/Sales Gross Margin Report54779.XML”
Has anyone seen this behavior before? I’ve checked the XML and there is data in it.
What seems to help is restarting Epicor and running the report for the first time. When you try to run the same report again, it spews the “The report selected does not have any data to download” error.
This is a modified crystal version of the SGM.
I’ve tried clearing cache, deleting temp files, reinstalling Epicor.
Did you modify any subreports, or create any sub reports? We have noticed in Crystal when working with these that we actually have to clear fields out, or they get left behind, causing problems the next time the report is ran. Not saying this is your problem, but we have had similiar symptoms from that problem.
By the way, the reason this was not working was due to a set up on our company configuration. The data was mapped as a share instead of the full UNC path so one app pool couldn’t access the data because it couldn’t find that share.
