E10 Server Certificate

We created a certificate for EPICOR to run on 8/2018 when we started E10 from E9. It expired and created a new one. I did not know this, and there were services that wouldnt start. In the certificate module, there was the old one and new auto generated one (?).

Is that normal? Seems like I need to set a reminder

What’s the benefit of using the Cert Store within Epicor? I manage our cert just via IIS and MMC.
