We are currently testing out adding a site to our existing company and have run into issues doing a cost rollup. The material cost will not rollup, the labor and burden do.
What is odd is that when we made the acquisition we originally set it up as a company and had no issues with doing the cost rollup.
it was placed in the same database as the owning company and was given its own Cost ID
Now we changed direction and have added it as a site and it has been given its own cost ID again. The original owning company never set up a cost ID for themselves and used the Epicor default placeholder that is in the system identified as 1 . With the addition of the site we did establish its own Cost ID to make sure that the cost rollups would not be mixed.
We now are unable to do a cost rollup and have the materials come in
Different knowledge base articles in Epicor suggested recalculating low level codes, and making sure the use decimals was on the Unit measure checked. None of this has taken care of the issue.
has anyone else had trouble rolling cost on a site in E11 and how was it resolved. This is impacting our production go live date
