E3LicenseRequest File

Support is taking forever to answer me back.

Does anyone know what to do with the E3LicenseRequest file for a new install? Sending it to the email address they say to results in an undeliverable.

Been a few years since I had to deal with this (2018) but I dealt with Mary Bartlett (MBartlett@docstar.com), maybe she’s still there with an Epicor email.

I’m assuming this is on a new install of ECM, not IDC, and you’ve sent it through via EpicCare’s Wayfinder ‘Request a license file’ process as well?

Mary is still there because she is the one that sent my Provisioning Code, did not even think of reaching out to her.
