E9: BPMs - Action Template Generator

Sure. Call up the method that you like to create the BPM for.

Rather than clicking the Action button from the from one of the
Processing tabs (Pre, Base, or Post). Click Action from the file menu
and choose Advanced from the drop down.

Hi Joe,

I've been looking for a way to add new method directives. This sounds
like it might be the spot.... if only I could see it. In method
directives, I can go to actions / advanced, but it doesn't show me an
action template generator. I'm on epicor 904.506B. Could you provide
details of how/where you are accessing this?

Thanks,
Nancy Hoyt

Hi All,

I've been creating Advanced Pre and Post actions for BPMs but I just
noticed that from the Method directive screen, there is a menu item for
Action -> Advanced...

If I follow it through it pulls up the Action Template Generator. What
is this and how is this different then what I've been doing?
