E9 change log

I have a user who cannot access the change log - says he does not have access to this process. I cannot find anything in user security for this. Where is it.

Do yo know where they are looking? Not every form will have a change log display.

Yes - in Job Tracker. I can choose Actions Change Log but when he tries it says he doesn’t have access to this menu item.

Wonder if have the CRM module?
I’ve seen Territories do weird security “stuff”…
where to get around it I’ve had to add a workforce with “View All Territories” set to true for the user

Or… possible some form/process security - if you turn on DevMode what displays when you open Change Log from Job Tracker, e.g.
