E9: Clients "lock up" when multiple people are doing the same task a

Hello,



We are running some training sessions today for our customer service
department.

When they get to the step of converting a Quote to an Order from the
Quote Entry program, they are all doing it at the same time and
everyone's client program locks up. They state that they have to
forcefully shut down the Epicor client and restart.



I guess this happened yesterday too. Yesterday they were all trying to
convert the same quote to an order but today they are all using
different quotes.



I'm going to call Epicor too but I wanted to see if they group has
encountered this before and if there are any suggestions.
