I’ve customized the Job Entry and Job Tracker screens. One of my users sees the Job Entry customization, but not the Job Tracker customization.
She logged in and out - still no.
I know when someone tells me I’ll have an Aha moment as It’s been ten years since I’ve custoized Epicor screens.
Have you deployed the Job Tracker customization to all the Job Tracker menu locations?
Yes - Actually I didn’t need to do that as I saved the customization OVER what was there. And since it works for one user it doesn’t make sense it doesn’t work for another.
Going to have her try ALL tracker menus to see if any of them work. Crossing my fingers.
