E9 - Crew size twice what is expected

I did see a Bug in 9.05.700C - when the resource group is setup as Both
(setup and Production) even though you are doing a production job only,
it duplicates an completed Labour hours done on a job and records this
as Setup labour as well

I received a Hot fix and believe it is fixed in 9.05.701

we are seeing crew size showing more than expected. In our environment,
we do not have a dedicated setup person so the same machinist performs
both setup and production for a given operation.

That said, we thought we should enter 1 each both setup and production
rates crew size and have Required For set to Both. With those numbers
set and checking Job Tracker, we see Setup Crew and Crew size showing 2
for the operations that have both setup and production. If we change
Required For to Production, the crew size drops to 1 for production, but
the setup stays at 2. If we set Required For to Setup, the crew size
for setup drops to 1, but production stays at 2.

What am I missing?

I'm an idiot. I miss interpreted what crew size really meant. The help clearly states:

Do not confuse crew size with resources per operation. Think of crew size as a factor that increases your estimated setup labor hours, because more people will be working on the job.

These need to be left at zero for our environment.
