Wow. Extremely easy and straight forward.
Thanks so much.

Report --> Group Sort Expert...

For this group sort: Top N
based on Sum of @NetSales
Where N is: 25

Hi All,

I’m working on a BAQ Report for “Top 25 Supplier Spend”.

The request is to also break out the supplier spend by job number so I am pulling the AP details in my BAQ. Meaning, no summaries in the BAQ.

In Crystal, I have two groups: Vendor ID and Job Number

So far so good, but now what I want is the ability to sort the Vendor ID groups by total spend in descending order.

From my google searches, this does not seem possible but I thought I’d ask the group.

Is there a way to achieve this? If yes, could you explain what it would take?
