E9 - Customer Statement Not Display $0 Balance or Credits

I set up InvcHead as a summary table and total InvcHead.InvoiceBal. Sorry I didn't answer sooner, I went home yesterday before I got your reply!

Not sure if this will help or not, it may not be what you want. We created a BAQ that shows customer balances and set it as a BAQ search. When we run statements, we use that BAQ search under the customer filter, sort the search results grid by balance and only select the ones with balances > 0 or < 0.

You could also just suppress sections where balance equals 0.

Section Expert > Suppress > "{fieldname} = 0"
