Very strange outcome. Even though DMT was throwing errors on all of the rows in the DMT spreadsheet, it did actually remove the operations for all of the rows. We found we had to run the DMT twice. The first time checked the part revision into the Engineering Workbench. The second pass performed the deletes of the operations. The error thrown for the second pass was.

Make sure you have the required fields to delete the BOM (there is a button you can click to list them). If it's operations you want to delete the associated material has to be deleted first.
