E9 FIFO Negative FIFO Layer

Yes, this is all true and annoying as hell and there is really nothing different you can do...just do not go negative.

Or do not go FIFO...I know this does not help, but I have yet to find someone who can really help when it comes to FIFO.

We are on 905.702 and want to use FIFO cost method. When testing we have noticed that our inventory can not go negative.
We have discovered that we can go negative in a warehouse, however can not go negative at the plant overall.
We have checked "Enable FIFO Layer" in plant cost setup file and linked the plant cost to the plant.
Has anyone encountered this problem? Please Help :)
