E9 on Remote Desktop Server - Change Cache Location

Also make sure you have the Session Manager running as a service on your terminal server. Not doing so would cause clients to crash.

<p>Thanks Jose. I did find a parameter called AlternateCacheFolder. I set this to C:&#92;EpicorCache&#92;%USERNAME% and it’s working as I hoped.

Yes though I don't remember if it's a 10 only feature. But in your client mfgsys there is a temp cache location you can set

The fix is to delete all the files in C:\ProgramData\Epicor
The challenge is that we have to have all users log off because some files are locked by other MfgSys.exe processes.

My question is, is it possible to have each user have their own Cache location so that if one user has the problem, we can delete just their cache folder?
