I had once such a problem with a configurator.
It wasn't such a big configurator but one that I played too much with it.
The solution I had in the end was by deleting the file that got the error and by approving it got recreated.

Subject: [Vantage] E9: Product Configurator Error - "Size" limit?
Hi All,
Is there a "size" limit on a configurator, either in regards to number
of inputs or lines of code?
We have a configurator, probably our biggest one that went flaky a day
ago and I can't figure out why. I'm going through it with a fine tooth
comb but no luck so far.
By flaky, I mean that we cannot Approve it. When we try we get:
Compilation error in a Prompt When expression.
File 'D:\EPICOR904\Server\pcrules\MATS\JR Mat Config gvREV B2-PW.p' at
line 7399 column 83. Error 232.
When I read the specified line, there is nothing wrong with it. I've
cleared out ALL Prompt When code and I still get the same error (just
different line number).
