E9041, Activating multiple customization in the same program

hi,

have you tried, creating a new menu entry for the program and assigning a different customization for that ? I have done that and it is working....

Hey all,

We're in the middle of customizing E9041 to upgrade us from Vantage 6.10. We are used to the VBForms customizations in Vantage, and are rebuilding these VBForms into E9's customizations.

My issue is having multiple E9 customizations designed for one program (say, Order Entry) and not being able to have them all active at the same time.

Is there a way to make all my separate customizations for the same program live at the same time?

I am not sure what you mean...If you want multiple changes working at the
same time, you need to put them in the same customization.

Absolutely. What you need to do though is have one menu item for each of
your Order Entries. Then, use Security to toggle who gets to see which
customized Order Entry.

That's what I was afraid of, but I appreciate the clarification.

I see how that would work, but all my customizations need to be accessible to multiple users; which brings me back to Jose's point.

With as many times as I've screwed these customizations up, I'm getting very experienced with the toolkit.
