The DST issue is well documented on the Microsoft website. Vantage takes
it's date and time settings from the OS so if your OS'es are patched to
account for the new DST settings, Vantage should not be affected by it.
Windows Server 2003 and up and Windows XP SP 1 and up will/do have
patches available through WSUS or Windows Update. Win2K needs to be
patched 'manually'. This process is documented in MS KB914387. I have
patched our Win2K PC's with a script and a Group Policy and it worked
perfectly.

The only problem I can see being created would be that if you have a
scheduled task running in the system monitor during the time period, it
might run early in the spring and double in the fall.
The other issue might be data collection time entries that are running
during that time period. You may have to fix them manually.
