Earned Hours showing as value 0

We are encountering an issue with a LaborDtl row where the Earned Hours are showing as 0. In the Field help you can see that: Earned hours for production labor is calculated as (JobOper.EstProdHours / JobOper.RunQty) * LaborDtl.LaborQty. From my BAQ I can see that JobOper.EstProdHours = 9,28 JobOper.RunQty = 116 and LaborDtl.LaborQty = 76. I would think that the earned hours would be 6,08 and not 0.

Anyone has an idea for why it is showing up as 0?

We had this happen to us once because someone put a crew size of 0 (hours * 0 = 0). Not sure if this is your issue, but FYI.

Thanks for your reply. Since this a sample production order, that could easily have been the problem. However the crew size is 2 here. To me it is also very weird that the setup labor transaction is showing earned hours normally, but the production labor transactinos are not.
