Folks, we have a working fix! This was provided by ECM Support:
On the server, navigate to C:\Program Files\Astria Solutions group\Eclipses Client Service
- Open “Astria.Client.WindowsServices.AutomationService.exe.config”
- Add line:
<add key="NativeComponentPath" value="." /> - Save file
- Restart ECM Client
- Restart Eclipse Automation Service under Windows Services.
Works great… such a relief. Was dreading the idea of a reinstall.
Note, the manual barcode recognition scan continues to throw the same error. Support stated this is expected for our version (24.2.156) and an upgrade would resolve it. Can confirm on that within the next few weeks as we will be upgrading.
