I am importing a bunch of data into ECM and when the file doesn’t meet certain requirements, it falls into a manual entry step. Is there a way to mark several records with the same manual response or at least not have to go back to the workflow to select the next record?
There are a couple of things that can help with this. Select all of the items you want for the workflow and then click the overflow and view. In the workflow screen set the Submit options to Submit and move to next.

@gpayne has provided a great method for how you can move from one record to the next after clicking Submit. Depending on the way you need to handle the same step across multiple documents, you may be able to use the Multi-Prompt option. This can be found in the Actions menu under Workflow. The idea is that you select multiple records for which you will apply the same action or data. This can be quite helpful if you have multiple records hung up at an exception state where they all just need to click Submit to retry.

Thanks Victor. I will keep this in mind. I fixed the mistake in my workflow that caused a couple hundred records to force me to make a manual selection so I don’t have anything else to test on right now. But good information moving forward.
