When checking in a part(s) in Engineering Workbench, after it asks “Are you sure?”, it asks you to enter the Description of Change. By default, it pulls in the ECO Group description. I will change this to reflect what I actually did for each part as we use an ECO group to make multiple fixes. Where does that comment go? The memo on the part only tells me the ECO group and its description but not my added commentary. I cannot find the comment to determine if I made the change I think I did during one such checkout.

I think what you are looking for is in the PartAudit table. Filter by part, then rev. Does that get you close?

We would also like to change this default memo text to be the description of change as group description is not useful, how are you planning on doing this now that you know the required table.
Submitting a ticket to the Kinetic Admin and hope he can do it.
