# ECOOpr_UD table -- problem retrieving data in engineering workbench **Category:** [Epicor ERP 10](https://www.epiusers.help/c/e10/5) **Created:** 2016-10-07 13:07 UTC **Views:** 2165 **Replies:** 10 **URL:** https://www.epiusers.help/t/ecoopr-ud-table-problem-retrieving-data-in-engineering-workbench/35732 --- ## Post #1 by @irus26 Hi, I have created 5 UD fields in ECOOpr table: Number01, Number02, Number03 -- decimals ShorChar01 and ShortChar02 -- strings ECOOpr_UD table is in sync and data model is in sync as well. Now when the engineers are trying to input data in those 5 UD fields from Engineering Workbench, it saves it in the DB after they click the save button, but, when they approve and check in the revision the window is cleared like it's supposed to do. If they open it again, that same revision, the data is not retrieved in those 5 fields. They are all empty. This affects all the operations that use the UD fields when we try to "Get Details" via Job Entry. Any thoughts why this is happening? Thank you!
