EDD Timeout Extension

I’m looking for a way to get EDD to not time out as quickly or simply have a single sign-on option. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

Are you using SSO with E10? EDD supports SSO. We have SSO in E10 and have EDD setup with it as well. We don’t have any timeout issues.

@chaddb We do not currently have SSO enabled. Good to know that that is an option I will work towards getting that implemented. In the mean time, do you know of any ways to get the time extended?

I don’t… I looked at our EDD and don’t see anything about timeout. Someone else here may though.

For those interested below is the answer for extending the time out function for EDD for an on prim system. Still waiting for cloud related answer.
