Rich,
Vantage does not have an input file for 820s. However, if you use TIE
eVision and spEDI map, you can create a map for 820s - to make it "rip
and read" - more easily read by AR personnel.
I expect you could also create a Service Connect workflow to handle some
820s - but depending on the data sent, they can be pretty complicated.
