Editing Report Options Customizations

I need to edit the description of a check box that is in the Reports Options area that comes up when you open a report.

I was able to edit it locally but I need to edit it for the whole company. I’d also like to toggle the check box so it is automatically checked…is that possible?

BAQ Report Maintenance is where you need to change it.

Find the BAQ Report ID by using Menu Maintenance.


Go into personalization purge and remove your personalization from that report form. Else the changes you make to in BAQ Report Maint might not show for you (because your personalization overrides them).

Where is this located in Vista? I don’t see a BAQ Report Maintenance area.

Executive Analysis > Business Activity Management > General Operations > BAQ Report Designer.
