Hi, I have been tasked with editing the Call Log slide out menu from within Customer. I cannot find it anywhere in Application Studio and changing the CRM Calls screen does not affecting anything.
Has anyone made changes to this slide out menu?
I’m trying to change the sorting of the call log … I’ll post here if I figure anything out
I would also like to customize the Call Log slide out menu. Did you guys manage to figure out how to do it?
I’m wondering if this slider is a reusable component. Apparently, there is a separate license (Software Developer Kit (SDK)) needed to create (and also edit, I assume) reusables.
