Epicor does a bunch of behind the scenes stuff with report data
definitions and temporary XML files, which Crystal then uses - that's
causing your blank report. You need to update the data source in
Crystal to the new XML file. The ICE Tools book (downloadable from
EpicWeb) has a chapter or two on modifying reports, including that step.

Am new to crystal for Epicor - what is the best way to learn about the
links? When I try to add a new link to any report/form, I am getting a
blank report. thanks
