Efficiency report

Thanks for the response. I'm probably not looking in the right area, but cannot find resource standards, just operation standards which we do not use. We're on 8.03.404b by the way.
We do have all of the resource groups and capabilities setup, as well as the resources, operations and employees along with the costing rates. The Employee Efficiency Report help info identifies the tables used which I've checked and are fully populated. There is no information there that points to anything more specific that we might be missing.
Are you able to generate this report on your system? Perhaps this is just another problem with our current version.

Thanks,
Ed

Not seeing another reply I'll take a shot. Are all the resource standards set up for work center, operations and/or employees? No records found usually means to me there was needed data being linked to that isn't there. Check in Help for info on Efficiency calculations and it might spark an idea for where to look for something not yet set up.

Our Shop Supervisor is trying to run the Efficiency Report but it keeps telling him 'No records selected' even though he sets a wide date range and uses no filters. Is there a trick to running this report that we're missing?
