Email configuration for Service Connect

The only requirements in SC is enter either the IP address of your
email server or the corresonding DNS name, such as mail.xxx.com in the
output channel configuration. If your server requires authentication
you will need to put the approprate user Id and password in the
configuration as well. If you use an Exchange Server for email make
sure you allow relaying for the machine where SC is installed or you
will not be able to email outside.

If anyone sees that I have missed something please step in and help.

The only issue I have had in the past is that I have been unable to
send the email to more than one address, i.e.
person1@...;person2@.... I get an error when attempting
that so I have limited to a single address for now.

Hello,

I am trying to setup workflows for SC that can email errors. We are
fairly new to using Service Connect. It seems something may be
incorrect in the email configuration for SC. Currently, I can send
emails with a command line utility without an issue, but I get errors
in Service Connect.

Can anyone give configuration advice and/or troubleshooting tips?
Thanks,
