No, it's in your email server. Most email servers allow you to create
distribution lists like sales@... or helpdesk@.... The email
server looks up the address and sees that it's a distribution list and sends
an email to each person on the list. In a different system, we used to email
reports as PDF files. We created a list for each person who received the
report and put their names in that list. If someone moved to another
department or if a new employee started, we just added or removed users
without changing any embedded code.

Is there an easy way to change the field length of a field in Vantage? I want to change the length of the email field in the account.

Uh no...that requires programming from Epicor and then major schema
changes.....It's why it is a pain to upgrade from 6.1 to 8.0 and
8.03....they changed the length of several key fields, and then some!
That is if you are talking about the number of characters allowed.

If you are talking about just making the length of the box longer to see
everything in the field, then that is a customization.

Do you really have that long of an email or is it multiple emails? If the
latter, consider using a distribution list. I like distribution lists even
if they hold one address because it's easier to change those than it is to
find and replace addresses in BPMs, BAMs, VB customizations, etc.
