When emailing say a sales order work list, the email has an attached file that is a mfgsys file. To get this to work I renamed the Train mfgsys file to whatever, then renamed the saved attached file from the email to Train mfgsys file and launched the Epicor 9 app. This went right into the Sales Order screen and contained the work list. Obviously we can't have the users doing this. Do we have to write something to perform these actions for the user or is there something missing from the process? TIA
