Email response to approve PO

Here is the lab description:
“This course will demonstrate one approach for setting up work flow authorization control data for business
processes using Epicor UD tables. We will then build BPM workflows that monitor documents moving
through these authorization steps that enforce business rules. This will entail leveraging BPM data forms
which we will apply UI customizations to enforce data integrity and provide a better user experience.
You will build a custom version of the Purchase Order Approval process that will consist of multiple types of
authorization stages that are added to a purchase order based on a set of pre-defined business logic
requirements.”

On the labs note, it would be good if Epicor would make the labs book available as a download to non attendees. It’s one of those things that helps justify the cost to the business. I’d even be happy to pay. The 2017 one has been rather useful.

You can contact Amy Melton amelton@epicor.com with the feedback and if there is a way to get them.

Hi Everyone,
I am a bit late to the party. There was an answerbook from E9 on this which showed the code to email via a bpm on approval.
The issue I am having is that i have a bpm but everytime i upgrade there is some sort of change and I need to go back to the code and run the debugger on the bpm and find what is different.
Is anyone else having this issue with their bpm’s?
if not what method are you using to fire the approval email?

btw i also have a bpm on poapvmsg so i can tell the buyer when their po is approved.
