I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I've got BPM's that send
emails, but it's only works out of one company. If the BPM runs in another
company, it does everything but send the email through.

As I've tried to debug it, I've done things like created the BPM in the
second company, made it company independent (and not company independent),
used the "canned" action to send the email as well as created ABL code for
it. Everything I can think of.

I've got displays in the BPM, so I know when I go into the second company
it's executing the code. I've hardcoded everything in the email - from
address, to address, subject, body - so I know the email it's trying to send
from COMPANYA and COMPANYB is the same email.

I've tried tech support, so far very little response.

Any ideas?

Jose,

That was it. I went in last night after I sent this email and checked the
Company settings. I thought I had done this before and they were all there.
That must've been in my dreams, because the email settings on the Company
configuration were not set. I set them and the emails started flowing
through.

Thanks!!

Kevin
