Employee badges image position

I've downloaded and altered the employee_badges.prl from the FILES area...
my main alteration is in the record layout. I've made it 2 across. What
happens is my image position is forced down approx. 1" and no longer lands
completely within the gridline rectangle. When I make the record layout 1
across everything is fine positionly... any suggestions on how I can anchor
my image(s) vertical positioning?
