Pete,
Epicor once sent me a Badge RB report that included the ability to print photo's on the badges. Unfortunately, I don't have it anymore or I would send it to you. Perhaps you could check with Epicor, or someone else on the list may know about it.

We don't use the built in badges, we created our own with pictures and
barcodes using progress. Our badges are 4 inches wide x 3 inches long and
we print 3 to a 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper. The reason for the 4 inch width
is because we have a front and back so after printing we fold them in half
for a final dimension of 2 x 3 inches. The backside have two barcodes, one
each for starting a setup or production activity. These were a result of a
custom mod we made.

The photo has to be 150 x 150 for Vantage to see it correctly and it has to
be a .bmp file. We left the photo the same size for the badges and they
work fine.
