I have a problem with an employee who is in limbo in data
collection. Somehow this person clocked into indirect, without
clocking into an operation. Meaning, he is clocked into indirect,

Please help. I have encountered this problem once in the past, and I
was given a file from Vantage to correct this. Can someone please
forward that file to me.

I'm on version 4.0; I have had a problem from time to time that an employee
somehow gets clocked into a "job" with all info. Being zeros. I contacted
Epicor support and they sent me a program that allows you to kill the entry.
Then the employee will be able to clock in and out normally again. I
finally put in patch 904 and "knock on wood" I haven't had the problem
since.
