When Employee attempts to clock in, the system resets the date to March instead of using today’s date in April.
Any thoughts?
Are they actually clocked out to begin with, does it come up asking for their shift?
It sounds like they didn’t clock out, only logged out.
Thank you. I’ve checked the Labor Edit Report, and the employee’s record shows only the clock-out time
I checked the time entry details for 03/19, I see that he does not have a clock-out recorded.
