Any chance this user processes records differently than other users?
For example, backing up and then trying to reenter?
Or maybe assigning a new Shop Employee record to this person is worth a try?
I know Vantage userIDs can become unstable.

All of the users share a Windows profile, as well as a Vantage username (i.e.- Art, Screen, Inspection, Shipping, etc.) After logging into the main MES window, each shop employee has their own individual Employee ID that they use to log in and complete job transactions.

What I mean by " Is their employee record and user record the same as everyone elses? Is there maybe some security that is not allowing them access to jobs (which would result in no records)?" I am implying the Epicor UserFile and Emp records. Did you take my meaning for Windows Profile?

I opened a support ticket with Epicor and the support tech indicated that the error is being caused by a problem in the resource group's input or output warehouse for the operation. While this might be the case, I don't think it is because other users are not receiving the same error when completing the same type of operation and the user that is getting the error doesn't get it all the time (it's intermittent and even on jobs where it does occur, it will sometimes go through if she attempts to end the activity again).
