Engineering Workbench Get Details not working?

In Engineering Workbench, if a part revision has operations, the “Get Details” selection is missing from the overflow menus. Not there. If you delete the operations and exit the workbench, when you go back in “Get details” has returned. But it goes away again if you manually add operations. This is happening in both their LIVE and PILOT environments. I’m still fighting with their classic version to see if I can get the workbench to come up in Classic mode but it doesn’t seem to want to disable Kinetic default. I opened a support case.

Anyone else see this?

EDIT: Classic acts the same. Actions > Get Details is available, but the suboptions beneath that are grayed out.

Support says this is “working as designed”, and has been this way since at least Kinetic 2022 (which is the oldest version he had available to test it on).

He suggested using “Get from operations” instead. I’ve never used that, but I’ll give it a shot.

I must have been confused with using it from Job Entry, where “Get Details” just appends to the end of whatever is there. It is what it is, so we’ll work to figure out what he needs and the best way to provide it.
