I am running into an issue where in container receipt entry a line on a PO is marked as complete, but there is a missing receipt date entry. I need this receipt date to be populated to run On Time Delivery Calculations. I tried to remedy this by going into receipt entry and unchecking the complete check box hoping this would allow me to edit the receipt date field (It does not).
Anyone have insight as to why I can’t edit the receipt date field after something was marked complete? Also why isn’t the receipt date field a mandatory field anyway?
