Enterprise Search broken in 10.2.700.2

FYI for anyone updating to 10.2.700 (Cloud or on-prem) - Enterprise search doesn’t work in Kinetic (doesn’t return results). There is a workaround (set Allow Session Impersonation to True in User Account Security Maintenance - options), but that option is not available in the SaaS product (on-prem only).
This is a known issue that is supposed to be resolved in the .5 patch, but that won’t be deployed to cloud customers (.4 is scheduled to be deployed the weekend of November 7). .6 is slated to be deployed early December to resolve this. In the mean time, the workaround for cloud customers is to use Modern Shell for ES.
